Refund and Returns Policy

REFUND POLICY

At Zenreh Australia, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a store credit or refund within the guidelines of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Please note that Zenreh Australia is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

 

Refunds are available only on products that meet the following criteria:

 

  • The product is returned unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

  • The request for a refund is submitted within 21 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is returned within 7 days after you contact us via the Returns Form.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on free products, and products purchased through third-party retailers (stockists) are subject to the return policies of the respective retailers.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Get in Touch: If you wish to request a refund, please complete the Returns Form on our website. Ensure you contact us before returning the item to make the process smoother.
  • We’ll Get Back to You: Our customer service team will contact you via email with instructions for returning the item.
  • Pack & Send: Carefully pack your item and send it to us. Please include a note inside your returned parcel with your name and order number.
  • Processing: Allow up to 14 days for processing your store credit or refund after we receive the returned item.

What if my item is broken or faulty?


If your item arrives broken or damaged, take a photograph immediately and contact us via the Returns Form. We will guide you through the returns process. For broken or faulty items reported within 21 days of receipt, we will issue a refund or store credit. Please do not dispose of the item before contacting us.

 

What happens if I change my mind?


If you change your mind about a purchase, please fill out the Returns Form within 21 days of receiving your product. The item must be returned unopened and unused. We will issue a store credit (in the form of a gift voucher) once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable, and we recommend using a trackable postage method for returns.

 

What if I received the wrong item?


If you receive the wrong item, please take a photo of the received order and complete the Returns Form. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect item, and we will guide you through the return process.

 

Can I return items purchased in-store?


Items purchased through a stockist can be returned by completing the Returns Form. We recommend keeping your receipt for proof of purchase.

 

What if I entered the wrong delivery address or order details?


If you mistakenly entered incorrect delivery details or ordered the wrong products, please contact us immediately at hello@zenreh.com to correct the issue or cancel the order. However, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made before the order is dispatched.

Zenreh Australia is not responsible for incorrect delivery information entered at the time of ordering, including an incorrect delivery address.
