- We’ll Get Back to You: Our customer service team will contact you via email with instructions for returning the item.
- Pack & Send: Carefully pack your item and send it to us. Please include a note inside your returned parcel with your name and order number.
- Processing: Allow up to 14 days for processing your store credit or refund after we receive the returned item.
